YOUR PASSPORT SECURITY

FOUR PILLARS TO BUILD YOUR SAFETY

THINK BEFORE TO ACT

  • The risk assessment indicates the potential threats in a region according to multiple criteria and domains. It highlights safety efforts on mandatory measures.

  • The security audit assesses the customer's running needs and deduces the potential threats to build a protection strategy.

  • The compliance audit highlights security conformity according to specifications under a franchise or a chain.

  • The integration audit identifies the site's work rules and internal safety regulations to identify active and passive means to deploy for the best synergy.

  • On-site coaching from “reaction to the event” or “crisis management and crisis communication” every year.

STRUCTURES ARE LIMITS

  • Structures are perimeters, walls, openings, natural protections, or built battlements. These constructions must be planned before building, but they can be modified later. But in this situation, the business needs to be at least partially closed.

  • This backbone forces you to arrange your spaces, such as your partners'  locations and shared or public areas. Thus, life within the company is deeply conditioned by the structures, and security will be impacted and will have to adapt.

  • It is the reason why the structure is always the first component to be considered to implement genuine and feasible security at a nominal cost.

A.I. TO SERVE HUMANS

  • Technology is easy to adapt and modify, but the cost can be expensive depending on the size of the premises and the activity. The term technology would have been used for the first time by Jacob Bigelow, professor of Harvard, in his work Elements of technology (1829). He advocated a convergence between arts, techniques and science. We can say that a lock is already the technology.

  • We master various technology domains, from the most simple camera to the double check with facial recognition or intelligent video analysis, IoT or other drones and remote access control on multisite.

  • All of these technologies have the same goal. Serve humans because a camera never runs to catch a burglar.

ONLY HUMANS ACT

The security officers are the "active security". Their mission is simple: Ensure everyone respects the site's regulations.

This mission entails various qualities:

  1. To obey one superior.

  2. Know the in-force site's regulations.

  3. To strictly comply with position tasks.

  4. To stay vigilant to others and technology.

  5. To react with firmness and politeness.

Your security officers achieve the best job if:

  1. They receive the means to work.

  2. They are treated with respect and fairness.

  3. They feel integrated within the entire site.
